I have always had a passion for helping others and being a part of a great team. I have found my calling at Bluegreen that combines my engineering background and entrepreneurial spirit. These skills have played a vital role in in the development of Bluegreen. My wife, Joanna, and I have three incredible daughters named Zanna, Eden, and Charlize. We are active in our church and enjoy spending as much quality family time as possible.

Jonathan Smith

It is a true privilege to be part of a company that cares about people. I am passionate about helping people and being part of a company that mirrors that passion is something special. In my free time I love to golf, kayak, ride motorcycles and spend time with family and friends. I enjoy seeing new places and meeting new people. I look forward to my future with Bluegreen and will strive to continue to grow not only the business but myself as well.

Joanna Hughes

I love being a part of a fast paced, energetic honest culture that values its employees just as much as it values its customers. Working in an environment where I can bring creativity into the work place is a true joy in my life and only bested by the privilege of working alongside my husband, Sam. Before children, I taught high school speech and drama and directed high school theater. I now have three beautiful girls who keep me happily busy. I love cooking with my husband, spinning pottery with my daughter, Zanna, painting with friends and running my heart out.

Our family has always appreciated a company that provides high quality services we cannot replicate on our own. Bluegreen’s exceptional customer service and focus on integrity allow me to serve our clients well.  Outside of work hours,  I enjoy serving at church, doing small home improvement projects, kayaking, walking, playing with our crazy dog, reading, and dabbling with art. My family and friends are a priority to me and I endeavor to spend as much time with them as possible.

I am excited to be a part of the Bluegreen team! I bring 12 years of leadership and customer service experience as a manager with a small and dynamic team at a campground in Northern Wisconsin. I like to work hard but can appreciate slowing down and relaxing. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors while challenging myself physically with long distance running and triathlons. I also relish planning and going on vacations and road trips.

Scott Parker

Lead Technician
 
I am a Bluegreen Certified Textile Expert with 10 years of experience in the building service industry; including management, operations and sales. I enjoy spending time with family, going to parks, fishing and metal detecting. I also enjoy meeting new customers and look forward to a long future with Bluegreen!
