Our focus is on floor care and every team member is a professional carpet cleaner and an expert tile and grout cleaner. We strive to be innovative and regularly discuss best practices in carpet cleaning, grout cleaning and sealing, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning and more.
Our team members are knowledgeable in multiple forms of industry standard carpet cleaning processes, including dry carpet cleaning, low moisture carpet cleaning, steam carpet cleaning, and hot water extraction carpet cleaning.
The floor care training process and program at Bluegreen is extensive for our IICRC industry certified Technicians. Each Technician will need to independently pass the rigid Bluegreen training process before they are allowed to serve our clients in the home.

Bluegreen is a locally owned company with a location in Elm Grove and 4 other locations. We have 2 more in the Milwaukee area and 2 in the Madison area.
We charge by the square foot because we believe it is the fairest method. Many companies will charge per room, but often times they are only cleaning 50-80% of each room. With Bluegreen you will only pay for the areas we are actually cleaning.
We all know that the saying “you get what you pay for” is so true. So to provide the best service, we hire the best technicians and pay them a fair wage. That means that you get experienced, well-trained technicians to do your carpet cleaning because they remain a part of the Bluegreen team for many years.
All of Bluegreen’s technicians are background checked, drug tested and thoroughly trained to give you the best experience possible.
This depends on the situation. All our technicians are background checked to ensure the safety of all our clients. However, we will need access. If someone can open the spaces needed and provide us with a way to lock up when we are done, nobody needs to stay there.
We want you to be completely satisfied that we have done everything possible to clean your carpets and remove any spots or stains. Unfortunately, there are some substances that will discolor a carpet permanently. Our technicians will do everything possible to beautify your carpets, but type of soil, fiber content, age and condition of the carpet all have an impact on restoring the carpet.
For residential cleaning we typically work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, but we are flexible.
For commercial cleaning we will work with you to to find the best time to get the work done. Whether that is outside normal business hours or on a Saturday. We can even break up the work across a few days.
