Bluegreen opened their first carpet cleaning location in Madison with the acquisition of Ecosteam of Madison in early 2012.
After launching carpet cleaning services in February 2012, we added on tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, leather cleaning, pet treatment on carpeting and eventually marble polishing. The commercial division of Bluegreen launched commercial carpet cleaning, commercial tile and grout cleaning, VCT stripping and waxing and commercial upholstery cleaning.
Our highly trained Technicians undergo a rigorous training process that becomes a lifetime of learning with monthly best-practices meetings where the technicians share their tricks at being a great carpet cleaner, an expert tile and grout cleaner and an exceptionally experienced upholstery cleaner.

Bluegreen Carpet and Tile Cleaning is a locally owned company with a location in Madison and 4 other locations. We have another location in the Madison area and 3 locations in the Milwaukee area.
We pride ourselves on always hiring the best technicians with high integrity and character who you can trust and feel comfortable having in your home. The saying “you get what you pay for” is so true, so we hire the best technicians and pay them a fair wage. This means you get a a well-trained, experienced technician who will be a part of the Bluegreen team for many years.
All of Bluegreen’s technicians are background checked, drug tested and thoroughly trained to provide you with the best possible experience.
It depends on the situation, but usually we can. Our technicians are background checked to ensure your safety. We will just need access to the location and be provided with a way to lock up when we are done.
We choose to charge by the square foot because we believe it is the most fair. A lot of companies will charge per room, but are generally only cleaning portions of that room. We will only charge for the areas we clean, not the whole room.
We want you to be completely satisfied that we have done everything possible to clean and remove any spots or stains. Unfortunately, there are some substances that can discolor permanently. Our technicians will do everything possible to beatify your floors, but type of soil, fiber content, age and condition all have an impact on restoring them.
Our normal working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
For commercial cleaning we will work with you to find the best time. It can be after hours or on weekends. We can even split it up across multiple days.
